Clive has 30 years experience dealing with all aspects of design and contract administration on projects from Norman Churches to high class residential premises and major corporate office buildings.

Spencer Architecture was formed in 1992 by Clive Spencer, having previously been an Associate Director with Hunter and Partners in Mayfair, London.

In particular, Clive has a particular expertise in being able to quickly foresee and maximise the potential of any building type for both Private and Corporate clients.

Chris joined Spencer Architecture in 1995, from Mayfair surveyors Grant and Partners acting for both Private and Corporate clients providing a full range of Building Surveying services.

He has extensive practical experience of small and medium size New Build and Refurbishment projects providing technical expertise to enable Clients to realise their requirements. Current specialisations include Dilapidations negotiations, Party Wall procedures and building projects.
