The Architectural Division specialises in high quality commercial and residential
refurbishment, alterations and extensions, maximising the potential of any site or building.
We will prepare the necessary scheme drawings, submit planning and building regulation applications and, where requested, prepare full specifications for the work, monitor the works and contract administration on site to completion.
We are based at Upper Clatford, near Andover, Hampshire however work on projects throughout Southern England.
Spencer Architecture provides a full range of Building Surveying activities, but currently specialises in refurbishment and alterations to residential and commercial premises, dilapidations negotiations and Party Wall
procedures.
We also undertake Building Surveys of residential and commercial properties. Based at our offices in Fulham, West London, our work is mainly in and around London and along the M4 corridor to South Wales although we regularly undertake instructions further afield as required.
